360 Coaching is a life coaching practice focused on helping teen girls and their parents create lasting, full-circle change. Led by Kinza, the practice supports young women in building self-knowledge, confidence, resilience, and inner strength while also engaging families as important partners in the process. Kinza holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, is certified through Teen Wisdom Inc., and brings experience working with teens, tweens, and young adults. The coaching approach emphasizes meaningful personal growth, grounded ambition, and stronger family relationships rather than quick fixes or generic motivation.
