Awakened Innergy is a Park City, Utah-based practice that combines executive coaching, contemplative practice, and energy-based healing to support greater effectiveness, clarity, presence, and fulfillment. The business serves leaders, executives, and individuals seeking more intentional ways to navigate change while strengthening both professional performance and personal well-being. Founded by Andrea, the practice is informed by corporate and entrepreneurial experience alongside long-term study in meditation, mindfulness, Kundalini Yoga, and energy medicine. Andrea is a shamanic energy medicine practitioner certified through The Four Winds Society and a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor through the Kundalini Research Institute and the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association.
