Abide Pilates

Abide Pilates is a Pilates studio in Franklin, Tennessee, centered on individualized instruction that supports pain relief, recovery, and long-term functional movement. Its 50-minute Rehab Pilates sessions are tailored to each person’s goals, movement history, and learning style, with an emphasis on safe, guided progress. Drawing on experience in physical therapy and training completed through Polestar Pilates in 2022, the studio uses reformer, mat, chair, and trapeze bar work to build mobility, stability, and stronger movement patterns through attentive one-on-one instruction.
