Hayama Osteo-Therapy is an osteopathic manual therapy practice established in 2005 by Mari Hayama. The practice focuses on gentle, hands-on approaches including craniosacral therapy, cranial osteopathy, Strain Counterstrain, and Fascial Counterstrain, with treatment aimed at identifying and addressing sources of pain and dysfunction. Mari Hayama began her training in Japan and later expanded her work in osteopathic manual therapy, with Joe Hayama also practicing in Albany, California.
