Healing Arts Qigong Center is a Tucson-based practice focused on Zhong Yuan Qigong, an ancient system that combines movement, breath, and mindful meditation to cultivate and focus qi for personal development and healing. The center’s teaching is rooted in the Zhong Yuan Qigong lineage of Grandmaster Mingtang Xu. Mark began teaching Zhong Yuan Qigong in 2004 after studying with Grandmaster Xu and continuing through higher levels of the system and Image Therapy.
