Frank Fang, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon providing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery with offices in Kailua and Honolulu, Hawaii. He relocated to Oahu in 2021 after serving as a faculty surgeon in New York City at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Fang completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the University of Michigan Hospital and brings experience in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
