Fenix Pilates

Fenix Pilates, also presented as House of Fenix, is a holistic wellness studio in Grand Junction offering Reformer Pilates and yoga alongside practices such as Reiki, breathwork, and meditation. The boutique Pilates studio includes five reformer beds, three with tower attachments, and was created as a space for movement, recovery, stretching, myofascial release, and inner connection. Its soul-focused services were noted as temporarily suspended pending relocation to a new space.
