Ascension Studio is an Indigenous-owned, women-run healing space in Kill Devil Hills that brings together meditation, yoga, Reiki, sound healing, ceremony, ritual practice, private sessions, and group experiences. Founded in fall 2019 as a rock shop and Reiki school with yoga, meditation, private sessions, and walk-in readings, it has grown into a broader studio for spiritual study, classes, workshops, special events, and trainings. Its work centers on personal expansion, alignment, and collective care, with an emphasis on supporting meaningful shifts in awareness, energy, and intention.
