Empower Pilates

Empower Pilates is a Pilates studio in Toms River, New Jersey, founded from small group workouts in founder Pnina’s home and grown into a thoughtfully designed studio centered on expert instruction, personal attention, and community. The studio offers group Pilates classes for all levels in a welcoming, supportive environment. Its fully equipped space includes Pilates Reformers, springboards, chairs, sitting boxes, Fit Circles, resistance bands, and mats to support a range of workouts and fitness levels.
