Barbara Paul, EAMP, practices at Skagit Whole Health Center in Mount Vernon, offering acupuncture grounded in the therapeutic traditions of Chinese medicine and a holistic, root-focused approach to health. Her care is individualized and integrates acupuncture with Chinese nutrition and herbs, Tuina, Shiatsu, and Qi Gong to support balance, recovery, and resilience. Barbara Paul earned a Master’s in Acupuncture from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Seattle, became board certified by the NCCAOM in 1993, and has additional study with Julian Scott that informs a focus in pediatric acupuncture.
