Core Jiu Jitsu is a family-run Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in downtown Nampa, Idaho. The academy teaches BJJ fundamentals for self-defense and competition and offers classes including an adult program for ages 15 and up focused on technique, leverage, and strategy. Core Jiu Jitsu presents itself as a family-friendly training environment and serves the Nampa community as well as nearby Meridian and Caldwell.
