HMC CORE (Centers of Rehabilitation Excellence) provides physical therapy services in Chicopee as part of Holyoke Medical Center’s rehabilitation network. CORE designs individualized rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from injury, medical conditions, or surgery, and serves physician-referred patients through evaluation by a skilled clinician. Across the network, CORE also offers occupational therapy at select locations, with outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation available through Holyoke Medical Center under the direction of board-certified pulmonologists.
