Fair Trade Tai Chi is a Washington, DC-based nonprofit focused on promoting the soft martial art of Tai Chi in the tradition of the classical texts. Its instruction includes advanced study of the Tai Chi form and two-person practices such as Tui Shou, Da Lu, and San Shou, with emphasis on soft yielding and the uprooting technique Ti Fang to develop both form and function.
