Gyrotonic Bodhi

Gyrotonic Bodhi is a Boulder, Colorado movement studio offering GYROTONIC® Method instruction through private sessions and group classes. The studio also provides GYROKINESIS®, yoga, pilates, ballet barre, pre-hab, and other group fitness classes for all levels. In addition to classes, it serves as an official certification center for the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods, with training and educational opportunities held throughout the year.
