Drs. Brennan, Cronin, & Associates is an osteopathic medical practice in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. The practice was founded by Dr. Brennan and Dr. Charles Cronin III, both Rhode Island natives. Dr. Brennan has built long-standing patient relationships over more than twenty-five years. Dr. Brennan and Dr. Cronin both serve as Associate Clinical Professors of Internal Medicine at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Dr. Cronin is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine at the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. Dr. Cronin developed the Kent Hospital-Brown University Residency Program in Internal Medicine, which has graduated more than one hundred residents. The practice also includes Allen, an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Clinical Educator for the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University, and Berghelli, who provides care in a comfortable and friendly setting.
