Elemental Ayurveda

Elemental Ayurveda is an Oakland, California Ayurvedic practice led by Eva Saelens. The practice offers Ayurvedic consultations, massage, cooking classes, and herbal health and lifestyle guidance. Eva Saelens is a professional member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association and has more than 1,500 hours of training in Ayurveda, massage therapy, and Ayurvedic treatments. She graduated from the California College of Ayurveda in 2013 and continued advanced study through an internship at the dhyana Center in Sebastopol, including Ayurveda, Tibetan medicine, whole foods nutrition, and pancha karma.
