Karrie Itz-Thompson, RD provides professional nutrition counseling with a focus on sports nutrition and eating disorder treatment. She works with athletes of all levels and ages, including high school, college, and professional athletes, and served as consulting dietitian for the San Antonio Spurs from 2009 to 2017. Her eating disorder services use a team approach in coordination with psychologists, family therapists, and other professionals, with experience supporting clients of all ages and genders, including those diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. Karrie is a Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) and has worked in mental health and nutrition-related disorders for over fifteen years.
