Dr. Jeff Almand is an orthopaedic surgeon in Jackson, Mississippi affiliated with Mississippi Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center. He specializes in total joint replacement, with a special interest in computer-assisted, minimally invasive hip and knee replacement. He serves on the research and development team for the ROSA partial knee robotic platform from Zimmer/Biomet and performs surgical procedures using robotic technology and/or computer navigation. His training includes an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Duke University Medical Center and a fellowship in total joint replacement with the University of Indiana and Indiana Orthopaedic Hospital.
