Dharma Gate Zen Temple is an independent, nonprofit (501c3) Zen center and Buddhist temple in Troy, Michigan, serving the Detroit community. It welcomes people of all backgrounds for weekly Sunday services, special observances for Zen Buddhist holidays, meditation, classes, retreats, and other programs focused on Zen Buddhist practice. The organization is community focused and provides opportunities to learn about and celebrate Zen Buddhist culture while building awareness, mindfulness, balance, and connection through accessible traditional teachings.
