Anastasia Healing Arts is a St. Augustine healing practice centered on Reiki for whole-person care. Its work focuses on supporting body, mind, and spirit through energy healing intended to ease stress and pain, encourage deep relaxation, help release emotional blockages, support the body’s natural healing processes, and restore energetic balance. Owner Susan Thomas Novy is an ICRT Certified Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master in the Hawayo Takata Sensei lineage, and sessions may also include intuitive messages to support clients’ understanding of their health and wellness. The practice also offers massage sessions in 60- and 90-minute formats in a calm, soothing setting with aromatherapy, jojoba and avocado lotion, heated towels, a heated table warmer, and scalp massage.
