CrossFit CSG is a CrossFit gym in Columbus, Georgia, located in Uptown Columbus near Fort Benning. The gym focuses on helping members get stronger, improve fitness, feel better, and stay consistent through expert coaching, flexible classes, and a supportive community. Its 8,900-square-foot open-layout facility includes barbells, Concept2 rowers, Concept2 ski ergs, Rogue Echo Bikes, a dedicated Olympic lifting area, and a turf section for sled pushes and agility drills.
