Chicago Zen Meditation Community

Chicago Zen Meditation Community is a Soto Zen practice community offering meditation in Chicago’s West Town and on Zoom. The community welcomes people to join in the study and practice of Zen. Its teacher is registered with the Soto Zen Buddhist Association in America and Sotoshu Shumucho in Japan, was head monk at Ryumonji in 2011, and received monastic training at Tassajara Zen Mountain Monastery.
