Aspiral Healing

Aspiral Healing is a Johnson City practice led by Amanda Betts, a registered nurse, that blends clinical experience with holistic, whole-person care. Its integrative approach includes IV therapy, Reiki, sound healing with singing bowls, dreamwork, and psychedelic preparation and integration through Embodied Imagination®. Sessions are designed to support physical ease, emotional release, guided reflection, and nervous-system calming, with a strong emphasis on compassion, safety, and client comfort.
