Fresh Wind Christian Center Church is a Christian church in Memphis, Tennessee, founded and led by Pastor Phil and First Lady Toni Williams. The church describes its mission as making disciples in the local community and equipping them to reach the world around them, in keeping with the Great Commission. Its vision is to build a multicultural community of faith united in worship and service to Jesus Christ. The ministry grew from a weekly Bible study held at the former Mason YMCA in Memphis.
