Core Community Fitness is a CrossFit gym in St. Helena, California focused on hard work, fun, and community. Opened in June 2020 by the Grimes and Cia families, the gym teaches proper movement and workout execution while encouraging members to bring intensity. Its mission is to help people make fitness part of their lifestyle through support, friendship, and a like-minded community.
