CrossFit Tampa Bay is a CrossFit gym in Seminole, Florida, founded in 2011 and focused on supporting its athletes and community. After new ownership in 2021, the gym was renamed CrossFit Uproar under the leadership of long-time member Juan Rodriguez. In January 2024, the gym was purchased by its coaches and resumed the CrossFit Tampa Bay name. The coaching team works with athletes at different stages of their fitness and CrossFit journeys, offering individualized 1:1 support for those looking to get back in shape as well as those pursuing CrossFit competition.
