Founded in 1992 by Grand Master Arquilla, the institute emphasizes serious, in-depth training with personal supervision, merit-based progression, and no set timeline for belt promotions. Instruction centers on Tracy Chinese Kenpo from the original late-1960s manuals, supplemented by Kosho Shorei, Japanese and Korean hard styles, Northern and Southern Gung Fu, Tai Chi, meditation, sparring, practical self-defense, and conditioning methods such as San Chin, makiwara, iron palm, and wing chun dummy training.
