Art of Kickboxing

Art of Kickboxing is a community-oriented boxing and martial arts gym on Kauai founded by professional MMA fighter Dustin Barca. Built from what began as a private training facility, the gym now offers direct, hands-on instruction through private coaching and group classes. Boxing is central to the program, supported by daily community sessions, teen classes, kids' classes, mixed martial arts, and jiu jitsu. The training approach emphasizes practical skill-building, technical development, and accessible instruction for a range of experience levels.
