Ashland Karate Academy

Ashland Karate Academy is a martial arts school offering karate, self-defense, kickboxing, and weapons training for children and adults in Ashland and the broader Southern Oregon area. Its programs serve a range of ages and experience levels, with youth classes for ages 7 to 12 and adult karate rooted in traditional Okinawan practice for students 13 and up. Instruction combines technical training in balance, coordination, stance work, blocking, punching, and kicking with an emphasis on discipline, self-control, responsibility, and confidence.
