Carolina Buddhist Vihara

Carolina Buddhist Vihara is a Theravada Buddhist residence and teaching center in the Greenville, South Carolina area. It provides a home for one or two Bhikkhuni at a time and is supported by a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering the teachings of the Buddha, including bringing Theravada nuns and monks to the community. The vihara offers public classes in meditation and Buddhist sutta study and completed a stupa enshrining sacred relics in May 2023.
