Buffalo City Mission is a community-based mission in Buffalo, New York serving men, women, and children experiencing poverty, hunger, and homelessness in Western New York. Its work includes meals, safe shelter, spiritual care, and a Dream Program, along with support and recuperative care for patients recently discharged from emergency medical care through a medical respite facility intended to help prevent hospital readmission.
