Congregation Beth Shalom is an egalitarian Conservative synagogue in Wilmington, Delaware, founded in 1922 to serve the growing local Jewish community as an alternative to existing Orthodox and Reform congregations. The congregation is committed to the worship of God, the ideals and precepts of Torah, and lifelong education, and seeks to meet the religious, educational, and social needs of its community.
