Kendra's Kustom Nutrition LLC provides personalized nutrition counseling and holistic health coaching focused on sustainable lifestyle change and a healthier relationship with food. The practice supports clients ages 5 to 120 with eating disorders, weight management, diabetes, and other chronic conditions, using a client-centered approach that includes nutrition guidance, energy balance, hydration, stress management, sleep, movement, and self-compassion. Services are led by a registered dietitian and ACE-certified health coach with more than 15 years of experience across critical care, outpatient eating disorder treatment, diabetes management clinics, and pre- and post-bariatric care.
