Advanced Chiropractic and Wellness Center is a family-run chiropractic practice serving Augusta and the Central Savannah River Area since 1992. Led by Larry, Noel, and Brad Steinle, the practice brings a combined 65 years of chiropractic experience and emphasizes safe, gentle, effective care tailored to each patient rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. With three Doctors of Chiropractic and one licensed massage therapist on staff, the center offers individualized chiropractic treatment supported by in-house massage therapy as part of a broader wellness model focused on helping patients move, feel, and function better in daily life.
