Flaco's Community Gym

Flaco's Community Gym is a boxing gym offering 60-minute high-intensity boxing classes for all skill levels. The gym focuses on fitness and conditioning through boxing-based workouts designed to support weight loss, improve cardio, tone the body, and help members get into fight shape. Training is available for beginners as well as those preparing for competition, and gloves and wraps can be provided if needed.
