Anchor Church Boston is a Christian congregation established in 2013 after Randal and Shelly Quackenbush relocated to Brookline to plant a new church in the Boston area. The church developed through intentional community-building and became known for its connection to Boston’s student and arts communities, particularly around Berklee College of Music. Its activities have included worship, leadership, and community-focused events such as Art+Cheer, which brought together musical performances, visual art, and desserts as a way to engage the surrounding community.
