Left Side CrossFit is an inclusive fitness community in Seattle’s Central District offering coach-led CrossFit classes in a safe and affirming environment. Its programs include one-hour group CrossFit classes with scalable functional workouts, a monthly Women’s Strength class led by female fitness professionals, a twice-weekly powerlifting Barbell Club, Open Gym access, and women’s yoga. The gym also offers drop-in passes for experienced CrossFit athletes and plans to add a Hyrox class.
