Aum Ashram is a San Antonio organization rooted in Vedic culture that brings together yoga, spiritual study, Hindi language and cultural education, and value-based learning for children. Since 2019, it has offered weekly yoga classes serving more than 100 students, and in 2020 it supported a local cohort of 18 students through a 200-hour Yoga Alliance program via Aum Yog Sadhana. Its educational work includes a full-time Pre-K, after-school programming, seasonal camps, a nationwide virtual Pre-K and preschool program, and value-based after-school offerings. Since 2016, its Hindi Pathshala has combined Hindi instruction with cultural education, reflecting the ashram’s broader mission to cultivate ethical and spiritual values through learning and community life.
