Austin Gurdwara Sahib is a Sikh temple in Austin and the city’s first Gurdwara, serving the local Sikh community since April 13, 2003. Open daily from morning through early evening, it provides an established place of worship centered on prayer, reflection, and communal religious life. As a registered Texas non-profit, it operates under bylaws established by the Sarbat Khalsa, with governance rooted in collective community stewardship. In addition to regular worship, the Gurdwara hosts important religious and family milestones, including Anand Karaj wedding ceremonies, reinforcing its enduring role in Sikh spiritual and community life in Austin.
