International Buddhist Meditation Center Los Angeles (IBMC) is an independent non-profit Buddhist meditation and dharma center in Los Angeles. Founded to promote Buddhism and meditation in the English language, IBMC offers Sunday services that include meditation, chanting, and Dharma talks, as well as 45-minute guided and silent meditation sessions.
