Brenda Nieto Studio

Brenda Nieto Studio is a Santa Monica Gyrotonic studio led by Brenda Nieto, a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructor since 2007. Brenda came to the practice after a dance injury and has completed certifications on all specialized Gyrotonic equipment. Her background also includes teaching dance to children in Guanajuato and teaching dance at the University of South Carolina and the Lovett School fine arts program in Atlanta. The studio emphasizes the adaptability of Gyrotonic equipment to each person’s physique, height, limb length, and range of motion. Although the studio was destroyed in the Palisades fires, it states that it will continue supporting the community’s healing and rebuilding.
