Dallas Wing Chun Academy is a martial arts school in Dallas offering instruction in Wing Chun Kung Fu. The academy is led by Sifu Jim Gillentine, who has over 30 years of martial arts experience, has studied Wing Chun since 1998, and has taught students in the Dallas area since 2008. He is certified as a 2nd degree Instructor and continues his studies with an international Wing Tsun organization while working toward his 3rd level Instructor Certification.
