Community Health & Behavioral Services, part of Upstate Cerebral Palsy in Utica, provides behavioral health support for children, adults, and families with a focus on individualized, whole-person care. The organization’s broader programs also include education for children ages 3 to 21 with severe behavioral and/or developmental disabilities, family and community supports that promote independence and inclusion, and vocational and employment services that help individuals build and maintain careers.
