Elite Dojo is a martial arts school in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, focused on helping children and adults develop physical skill, concentration, and character. Led by Sensei Rick, whose leadership in martial arts spans more than 50 years, the dojo emphasizes self-confidence, integrity, ethical decision-making, and the ability to set aside outside stress to focus on the moment during class.
