Anuttara Yoga Ft. Lauderdale

Anuttara Yoga Ft. Lauderdale is a yoga school in Fort Lauderdale rooted in more than 20 years of teaching Anuttara Yoga locally and internationally. The studio approaches yoga as a complete discipline grounded in the eight limbs of the Ashtanga Darshana, integrating methodology, philosophy, and physiology rather than focusing on movement alone. Its educational offerings include 200-hour and 500-hour RYS teacher training, with study in Hatha, Bhakti, Raja Yoga, and Vinyasa. The school includes two large studios for hot and unheated practice, as well as a dedicated teacher training hall for workshops, continuing education, and Yoga Alliance certification programs.
