Lightbodies Geometries

Lightbodies Geometries is a movement and somatic practice in Fort Worth, Texas, centered on Pilates, GYROTONIC®, Thai Bodywork, and yoga. Its approach uses multiple movement modalities to support alignment, balance, strength, flexibility, release, and flow, with the aim of helping people balance structural, neurological, kinesthetic, emotional, and energetic aspects of themselves. Lightbodies also explores the embodiment of mythic and visionary experience through dance, music, and film.
