CrossFit Hydro is a community-centered CrossFit gym in Omaha’s Aksarben area. The gym identifies itself as Omaha’s premier community-centered CrossFit gym and is also an official Hyrox affiliate, described as the newest Hyrox training club in Omaha and one of only two that also maintains a core CrossFit focus. Its coaching team includes staff with CrossFit Level 1 credentials and backgrounds in exercise science, strength and conditioning, physical therapy assistance, physician assistance, and tactical strength and conditioning.
