David A. Shaye, MD, MPH, FACS is a Boston-based plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head, and neck. His experience includes rebuilding facial structures after skin cancer (Moh's) surgery and treating congenital deformities of the lips, nose, and ears. In addition to his clinical work, he focuses his research on global surgery and the delivery of surgical services in resource-limited settings, and he has participated in cleft lip and palate surgery, surgical team leadership with Doctors Without Borders, and surgical teaching partnerships in Rwanda.
