Amitofo Buddhist Temple is a nonprofit Buddhist temple in Las Vegas dedicated to fostering religious, moral, and spiritual growth through the creation of a traditional place of worship. Established through the Amitofo Buddhist Non-Profit Association and Preparatory Committee in 2010, the temple was conceived as an authentic sacred home for Buddhist followers rather than a repurposed commercial space. Recognized under IRS 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2), the organization is centered on public benefit, spiritual service, and reverence for the Buddha. Supported by volunteers and ongoing contributions, it is developing as a lasting Buddhist sanctuary for practitioners and the wider community.
