Internal Arts

Internal Arts is a Pawtucket, Rhode Island school focused on traditional Yeung (Yang) Family Tai Chi Chuan. Led by Mark Bram, the school teaches Tai Chi as an internal martial art through slow, flowing movement, balance training, relaxation, leg strength, and self-defense applications. Advanced students may also study the Lee Wah Yook Qi Quan system, which combines Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan with additional Chinese Gung Fu and Chi Kung training methods in an internal martial arts approach. The school is located in Hope Artiste Village.
